These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Shri Radharaman Library ("SRRL", "the library", "we", "us") — a study library and coworking space at GF, Govind Dham, Railway Road, Garhi Harsaru, Gurgaon – 122505.

By using our website shriradharamanlibrary.org (including the registration form, enquiry form, member portal, and free tools), by registering, or by holding a membership, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our published Library Rules.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or our services. If anything is unclear, contact us — we're happy to explain.

The library is intended for students and adults. To register and hold a membership in your own name, you should be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Minors (under 18) should register with a parent or guardian involved. In that case the guardian completes and signs the registration, provides their own ID, and accepts these Terms, the fees, the conduct rules, and responsibility on the minor's behalf. By registering a minor, the guardian confirms they have the authority to do so.

Local ID / local reference. For new memberships, if the ID proof submitted by the applicant does not show a Gurgaon / Gurugram local address, the applicant must provide a local address proof. If they do not have their own local address proof, they must provide a local guardian or local reference person who co-signs the application form and whose ID/address proof front and back may be kept on file for verification and safety records.

Personal membership. A membership is for the individual member named on the registration. It cannot be shared or assigned to anyone else. A transfer is allowed only by the member's choice with library approval, at most once per quarter. Days received through a transfer cannot be transferred further.

Seats & shifts. Seat availability, assignment, and any reserved-seat or shift arrangement depend on your chosen plan and on availability at the time. The library may, where reasonably necessary, re-assign seats.

Hours. The library is usually open 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and the hours may vary on holidays or for operational reasons. We may set and adjust opening hours from time to time.

Conduct. Your use of the premises is also governed by the Library Rules, which cover discipline, silence, anti-harassment, belongings, and more. By using the library you agree to follow them.

Fees by plan. Fees are charged according to the membership plan you select and the period it covers. Current plans and prices are shared at the front desk and on our website, and may be updated from time to time.

Payment modes. We accept cash, UPI, card, or bank transfer. A receipt is issued for each payment (receipt number format SRRL/YYYYMM/####).

Renewals. Please renew before your valid-till date to keep your seat secure; we do not guarantee a specific seat will remain available if a membership lapses.

Refunds and transfers. As stated in our published Library Rules, all registration and membership fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Membership transfers are allowed only by the member's choice with library approval, at most once per quarter. Days received through a transfer cannot be transferred further.

You agree to use the website and member portal lawfully and only for their intended purpose. You must not attempt to breach, probe, or bypass the security of the site, database, or storage, or access another person's account or data.

You must not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content; use bots/automated tools to disrupt or overload the service; or upload anything unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share.

Do not misuse the forms or portal, for example by submitting false information, spam, or fraudulent payment details. Do not interfere with the normal operation of the site or the experience of other members.

Your login credentials are your responsibility — keep them secure and do not share them. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

The member portal may let you sign in, including via Google sign-in where offered. When you sign in, your account is matched to your member record so you can access your seat details, fees, print requests, and other features.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date — members can submit profile-update requests through the portal. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused.

Our website and services are built on a few trusted third-party platforms: Google Firebase for hosting, database, storage, and authentication; Google Maps / Places for address autocomplete; and Google reCAPTCHA for bot and abuse protection.

The library also maintains a public Instagram profile, @shriradharamanlibrary, which is operated by the library. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services beyond our own control.

The website's design, text, graphics, logo, the "Shri Radharaman Library" name and branding, and the software behind the member portal and free tools are owned by the library (or used under licence) and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the website and member portal for your own personal, non-commercial use as a member or prospective member. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission, except as the website normally allows.

Content you upload or submit — for example, print-request files, ID documents, photos, enquiries, suggestions, and poll votes — remains yours. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

By submitting it, you grant the library a limited licence to store and process that content only to provide the relevant service. We handle this content as described in our Privacy Policy — including, for instance, that print-request files may be deleted once fulfilled and that generated receipts auto-expire.

The website, member portal, and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the premises or its facilities, such as power, Wi-Fi, printing, or the online portal, which may be affected by maintenance, outages, or events beyond our control.

Personal belongings. While we take reasonable care of the premises, the library is not responsible for members' personal belongings beyond reasonable care — please keep your valuables with you. See the Library Rules for details on belongings and security.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the library and its staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss — including loss of data, study time, or opportunity — arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website, portal, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. To the extent we are liable, that liability is limited as permitted by law.

The library may suspend or terminate a membership or website/portal access for breach of these Terms or the Library Rules, for non-payment, or where reasonably necessary to protect members, staff, or the premises. Serious violations may lead to immediate termination, as set out in the Rules.

You may stop using the service or cancel your membership in line with your plan terms. Remember that registration and membership fees are non-refundable, and membership transfers are member-choice requests that require library approval and follow the quarterly/onward-transfer limits.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website and services.

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services or the law evolve. When we do, we'll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be announced on our website or to members directly. Your continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
